The Ministry of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983 "on approval of the register of public services" (PI-29923) was approved on September 23, 2019 at the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, within the framework of the above-mentioned project, the state service "Issuance of address certificates from the place of residence" will be excluded from November 1 of this year. Accordingly, after the entry into force of these changes, it is unacceptable to demand from citizens address certificates from the place of residence. Address information will not be available through the "Electronic government". If necessary, service recipients will be able to check the place of their registration in the personal account on the portal or through the e-Gov mobile application.

      However, public authorities have access to this information through their information systems, which have been integrated with the databases of the Ministry of internal Affairs. The organization will be able to get help through the service of obtaining help from third parties on the portal. This is possible if a citizen gives his consent via SMS to one-time receipt of information about his registration.
