One of the forms of democratization of the education system is the traditional public hearings. On November 1, 2019, planned public meetings were held in the school-lyceum №20. Deputy Director for specialized training Suleiman R. T. presented the features of the 2019-2020 academic year. She acquainted the parent community with the main indicators of the quality of educational services for the first quarter, the achievements of students and teachers in intellectual competitions, competitions, distance Olympiads, sports during the reporting period. Deputy Director for educational work Smakova M. R. focused on the issues of financial and material support of the school-lyceum№20. Of particular interest to parents was the organization of hot meals for schoolchildren, provision of textbooks. Parents were acquainted with the Conceptual foundations of the development of local lore in the region, with the article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Seven faces of the great steppe".
