In 1964, in the area of the television center, at that time the only one in this region, a secondary school No. 27 was formed. In 1996, the decision of the Akim Ilyichevsk district of the city of Pavlodar was renamed the State Institution "Secondary School No. 27".

Ирина Юрьевна Цукрова Павлодар қаласында 1975 жылы туған.
1996 жылы С. Торайғыров атындағы Павлодар мемлекеттік университетінің «Бастауыш сынып мұғалімі» мамандығын бітіріп, 2009 жылы «Мемлекеттік және жергілікті басқару» мамандығы бойынша екінші жоғары білім алды.
Бастауыш және орта кәсіптік білім беру жүйесінің ерекшеліктері, экономика мен жоспарлау саласындағы терең және берік меңгерген, қазіргі замаңғы білім беру саласындағы басқару менеджері.
Оқушылардың шығармашылық өзін-өзі жетілдіру мен әлеуметтендіруді жүзеге асыратын құзыретті маман. Оқу-тәрбие процесінің нәтижелігін арттыруға жаңа және тиімді әдіс-тәсілдерді енгізіп қолданады.
