   From 26 Desember 2009 entered into force the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the rights of citizens to inviolability of private life. In this regard, it prohibits the dissemination of information about a person's private life constituting its personal or family secret, without his consent, in a public speech or in the media, causing harm to rights and leghts and legitimate interests of citizens. 

   Also not subject to review anonymous appications. Anonymous treatment is treatment in which it is impossible to establish authorship, there is no signature, including digital signature, postal address of the applicant.

   In volation of the above-named requirements such addresses will be deleted without the right to their accomodation.
